Special Ed Students

Hello Everyone! I am having a hard time finding our special ed students in acuity. I searched every one of them and it says they are not found. I also tried to log in as a few and it says they are not set up. When I try to add them as a new student it says it is a duplicate student. There are 5 groups of students with this problem.
