Teacher password problem

And that is what happens when you do things too quickly! Thanks Terry, I meant to say email address! Terry I know this is a silly question, but are we sure that they put their password in their profile upon set-up? Just want to make sure before I email Acuity. Janet A Gillmeister Director of Evaluation, Assessment, and Planning I ran into the same problem and it has been a week and no email - so that is not an option that works. You can go in to change the password for them if you are an administrator for that building. If you have the option to pick from several buildings on the first page when you sign into Acuity - then make sure you select the building you want to change the password for on the first screen. Then when you go to Management -> Educators and search for the person - you will have the rights to change it. If that was confusing, here is an example: When you log onto Acuity some people are given an option to select a building/entity. If you select Webster, for instance, then once you enter the site you are viewed as a Webster Administrtor and can only change the teacher password for teachers at Webster. Laurie Holtsbery IST for Technology in ELA I'm not sure. that's an Acuity question. Janet A GillmeisterDirector of Evaluation, Assessment, and Planning A teacher clicked the button you're supposed to push when you've forgotten your password. She kept checking her email all day, but she has not received notification of her correct password. Since then she did remember the password, but I'm wondering how long it should take to get the email message. (I know this will happen to others!) Bonnie French LMS, McKinley-Brighton
